Virtual Styling Packages

Our virtual styling services are offered in the form of packages that include personalized styling consultations and a digital lookbook, which is delivered via email. To ensure you have ample time to review your digital lookbook, we offer the following refund policy:

• If you cancel your virtual styling package at least 72 hours before the scheduled consultation or package delivery date, you are eligible for a full refund.
• If you cancel within 72 hours of the consultation or package delivery, a 50% refund will be issued.
• Once the digital lookbook has been delivered, no refunds can be offered, as the service has been fully rendered.

Refund Process

Once your request is received and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Fees
